She proactively coordinated with the boy’s teachers in advance of our arrival and mapped out a math/reading lesson plan for our time together (she is incredibly organized!). The sessions are intense but he was able to unlearn some coping skills he had developed and replace them with applicable skills that he was consistently applying even aloud when we read or worked on writing at home.
